1. Quotes and pricing
Quotes are built from components (mobilisation, travel, volume, disposal, labour, access, urgency). A submitted request is an enquiry, not a confirmed booking. The final price may change where the actual load materially differs from your description; we will seek your approval before proceeding. TODO: define acceptable variance and approval mechanism.
2. Bookings and payment
A job is booked once payment is confirmed. TODO: define payment terms, deposits, refunds and cancellation windows.
3. Prohibited items
We cannot transport hazardous or restricted items. You agree not to include them in a load. See our prohibited items list. TODO: add consequences for concealed prohibited items.
4. Waste and disposal
Waste is transferred only to authorised persons and sites, with documentation retained as required. TODO: define evidence, retention and duty-of-care obligations.
5. Liability and insurance
TODO: state verified insurance levels, liability limits, claims process and exclusions. Do not publish cover details until verified in system data.
6. Company details
TODO pending brand finalisation. TODO: add registered address, company number and complaints procedure.
