Marketplace & eBay Collection
Bought something on Facebook Marketplace or eBay that won't fit in the car? We collect it for you.

Placeholder slot — we only use genuine before/after photos, never stock imagery.
The listing said 'collection only' and it's a two-hour drive away. We pick up your purchase from the seller and bring it to you — priced on distance, size and access, with no disposal cost unless you're getting rid of something at the same time.
What we take
- Furniture and bulky household goods
- Baby equipment, bikes and garden items
- Boxed goods and palletised purchases
- White goods and large appliances (non-hazardous)
- Multiple items from one or several sellers
What we don't take
- Items that are hazardous, contaminated or prohibited to transport
- Live animals
- Goods needing temperature control or specialist permits
- High-value items without a clear handover arrangement
Not sure about an item? See the full list or ask us.
How this is priced
No flat "one van load" price — a light bulky load and a heavy dense load cost us very differently. Your quote is built from these components:
- mobilisation
- travel
- volume
- labour
- access
- special handling
| Component | Example |
|---|---|
| Mobilisation | £30 |
| Travel (25 miles each way) | £60 |
| Handling & labour | £35 |
| Access (seller, ground floor) | £0 |
| Wardrobe collected 25 miles away | from £125 |
Longer distances are priced on the actual round trip. No disposal component.
Marketplace Collection FAQs
Can you collect from the seller without me being there?
Yes, where the seller has agreed. Share the collection details and any access notes when you book.
What if the item is bigger than described?
We'll flag it before loading so you can approve an adjusted price or cancel.
Can you collect several items in one trip?
Yes — multiple pickups from one seller or several stops are priced together.
