Bought something too big for the car, or need old furniture gone before the new stuff arrives? We collect or deliver single items and full sets. Pure deliveries carry no disposal cost; we only charge disposal when something is actually being disposed of.

What we don't take
- Items that can't be safely lifted with the crew available (tell us the weight and floors)
- Products requiring specialist installation or dismantling
- Hazardous or contaminated items
- Pianos and heavy safes (may need a specialist partner)

How this is priced
No flat "one van load" price — a light bulky load and a heavy dense load cost us very differently. Your quote is built from these components:

Can you deliver as well as collect?
Yes. Furniture can be delivered to your address or collected and removed. Tell us the pickup and drop-off in the quote form.
Will you take the item from upstairs?
Yes — just tell us the floor number and whether there's a lift. Access is a transparent line in your price.
Do I pay a disposal fee if you're only delivering?
No. Disposal is only charged when there's something to dispose of.
