For safety, legal and environmental reasons, ClearLoad cannot transport the items below. We flag these at booking so there are no surprises on the day.
What we can't take
- Asbestos and asbestos-containing materialsNeeds a licensed asbestos contractor — never move it yourself.
- Chemicals, paints, solvents, oils and fuelCheck your local household waste recycling centre's accepted list.
- Clinical, medical or biological wasteUse a licensed clinical waste service.
- Tyres and pressurised gas cylindersUse a tyre retailer or an authorised cylinder return scheme.
- Contaminated or infested itemsSpecialist treatment is required before any transport.
- Anything we cannot lawfully or safely transportAsk us and we'll point you to a specialist partner.
How we handle uncertainty
If a load contains uncertain or potentially hazardous material, we stop and escalate to manual review rather than accepting it automatically. This protects you, the driver and the environment.
The in-form restricted-item list mirrors our booking rules: 5 categories are blocked at submission.
